Frank (played by Wayne Dalglish) is a member of the Black Dragon Martial Arts Academy. He is the school bully/jock of Seaford High School. He gets hurt by Milton by an illegal nipple twister in a tournament. His Sensai Ty is dating his mother, to his dismay. The moment Jack insults him he starts a fight and won't stop. Jack win this fight. At the first tournament he breaks one board while Milton Breaks two.
